The book is a great resource for teachers at all grade levels. Actually, though, I've learned just as much, if not more, from you through your blog and on twitter. Buying the book allows teachers to have a resource that is at their fingertips (physically, literally). As Wesley Fryer pointed out in a previous comment, it is still good to have a printed resource available. The hope is, though, that those people who read your book also realize the great potential of the web and the wealth of knowledge and expertise that is at their fingertips online. We bought several copies for the professional library we keep in our office and they are almost never here. Of course, that could mean lost sales if people borrow the book rather than buy it, and I apologize for that. But, hopefully, you can take some pride (intangible as it may be :-) from the fact that your ideas and thoughts are being spread around.
