Will,

Reading this is very inspiring and encouraging - and as a public school administrator, I am ready to be in a place where people are open to this. Where does the administrator stuck in a situation where exploratino and forward thinking are not only not valued, but also punished get support to stay the course? Who can help those us figure out how to keep our jobs and continue to push forward? It is so tempting to throw up my hands and say I cannot continue the fight.
