Nice new look at the Bloom’s. I was just in the midst of blogging about getting out of the 20th Century classroom mindset when that came through my bloglines. Until we get districts (or at least mine) to recognize that essential question based project learning will increase student success we are stuck with the rote skill and drill programs to permeate our labs.
Thanks for the link - I am honored to be linked to by one of my favorite edubloggers. Now I just have to write some good content.
Will — Glad you discovered Arthus. He’s another one of the young blog voices/creatives I’ve been connected to as of late. A great share on your part!
Cheers,
Christian
BTW, have you been paying attention to Yuvi, Techzi, and others in Europe and India who are making you proud on the young blogger front? They are pushing harder forward than you can imagine!

These two tools, the new take on Bloom’s taxonomy and visualization methods, can foster some good discussion on what we are actually asking kids to accomplish and offer ways for us to determine what they know.
