I caught most of the conversation and grabbed the podcast to catch the rest. I have been using a blog to support my courses since '04 and will experiment with podcasts this fall. Gotta love streaming. We have an online communications safety curriculum in our middle school for IM, blogs, and MySpace. We want them to use it, but use it safely. We are teaching grade 6 how to protect their own information, grade 7 how to remember to protect the privacy of others, and grade 8 the best way to use these tools for communication. And check out Wesley Fryer's latest blog post on School reform vision needed. It really hits home and shows how parents and others are being short-sighted when it comes to computers in the classroom and social networking sites. You are so clever, Will, I have faith that you will do the blogging community proud. Break a Leg!
