Hi Will
Someone else forwarded your post to me because they thought I might be interested in what you are showcasing. Some of the stuff I've be doing with students are projects like http://designcast.otheredge.com.au. I also record alot of my face to face software demonstrations. There is some information about that online at http://www.otheredge.com.au/weblogs/teaching/archives/003103.html and an example feed is http://webct.tafe.tas.edu.au/petterd05/vodcasting/index.xml. Also there is screencast about my teaching practice at http://www.otheredge.com.au/weblogs/teaching/archives/003149.html

I am sure that you know of Atomic Learning (http://www.atomiclearning.com) and Lynda.com (http://www.lynda.com).

Atomic Learning has tutorials of software used in many K12 schools. They provide training and tools (SnapZ Pro was our choice) to tech leaders in our state to create our own screencasts. You may need to be a subscriber to get to these, but they are at http://nd.atomiclearning.com/

We have done a few in our district, but something else always seems to take up our time. Sounds like you have enough examples, but I could give you a few more.

Have you run across ProfCast? http://www.profcast.com/
This will let you run a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation and record your comments and saves it as a screencast or video podcast.

Will: I've got a bunch if you want them, we just had a group of juniors and seniors do screencasting, we've got them as flash movies, so let me know how many you need.
