I then headed over here to see what Will was talking about today and found this. Anyway, I am playing in the student-faculty basketball tourney tomorrow at 3:30pm, but may try to jump on the call if I can squeeze it in. I love the idea of Skype conferencing, and unlike Tom think the kids would probably run with it.

I have teachers begging from MP3 recorders, because the students love to record voices, and will actually practice over and over to get things just right. The seriousness of sharing live really makes a big difference for students (I think).

If I can&#039;t make it, will be excited to hear the results. Hopefully someone is able to Skype in...</description>

Any of this Skype stuff would be insanely time consuming, unless you were just doing a couple to impress your friends.  You aren&#039;t going to reach more than a tiny fraction of your community.  If you&#039;re talking about occasional special events, that&#039;s cool and probably worth doing, but that&#039;s not transformative.</description>
