Figuring it out

Ok…each department has a page.
An aggregator aggregates the new entries from the different department pages.
An rss. box on the homepage then displays the rss feed of the aggregator so that as new stories are uploaded they appear on the homepage.
Now…what about pics?

Manila Question

Ok, I think I’m about to get my brain wrapped around something pretty cool…I’m sure it’s been done but in my feeble brain it’s a big deal.

Answer me this: How do I create or find the RSS feed for my Manila aggregator? In other words, can I create a feed of my feeds???

Fifty bonus points to the person with the first correct answer (please?!)

The Times Closes the Door

Many of the links on this site, especially personal ones, don’t work any more as the New York Times has decided to deny unpaid access to archived materials. I’m really bummed by their decision as it means a lot of my students’ links don’t work any longer either.

Adding to the List

Goochland County schools, specifically Ms. Jackson, are doing Web logs in a very creative way. The school site is an MT site, very well done. I’m going to do some digging around when I get a chance. I’m just wondering how many more of these there are out there…

Update: Ken Smith has also started a Web log dealing with education.
